SALON POLICY
We are strictly by Appointment Only. If you cannot make your appointment, need to change, or are running late please let us know asap. We work solely on appointments and no shows/tardiness greatly affects our schedule and our time with other clients. We will refuse service to repeat no show offenders.
We pride ourseleves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care with the best hair care service possible.
However, if you are not satisfied with the results of any salon service, please let us know. We do not offer refunds, but do offer a one time adjustment at no additional charge within 7 business day of service. We require you to return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.
